Information we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, contact details, city, project description, preferred contact method and the photographs you choose to provide. Technical security logs may include your IP address and request time. Do not include payment details, identification documents or unnecessary personal information.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to understand your requirements, prepare and discuss a scope, coordinate service and provide support. Inquiry consent is not consent to marketing. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers and disclosures
Website hosting, email and other service providers may process information on our behalf. Information may be processed outside your province or Canada, depending on the provider, and may be subject to applicable local laws. We limit sharing to what is needed to deliver the service or meet legal requirements.
Photographs and project privacy
Photograph only safely visible equipment. Avoid including people, licence plates or private documents. Sending a photo for an assessment does not grant permission to publish it in our portfolio; publication permission is obtained separately.
Retention and protection
Access is limited to people who need the information for their work. We retain information only as needed for the inquiry, service, warranty, business records or legal obligations, then delete or securely dispose of it. Secure transmission and access controls help protect information; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent for future optional uses, or request deletion, subject to legal and contractual requirements. Contact the privacy contact at faez@voltfix.ca or 647-410-6662. We may verify your identity before releasing information.

Essential security or administrative technologies may be used to operate the service. Optional analytics or advertising technologies require a separate review before introduction.
