VOLTFIX — Electrical & EV Solutions
ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Capacity for the way you want to live.

A new appliance, renovation or EV can change what you need from your electrical system. Begin with an assessment of the existing installation.

A panel replacement is not always a service upgrade

The panel distributes electricity within the property. The service supplies it. Replacing one does not automatically increase the capacity of the other. We explain the scope your project requires.

Plan the work and the interruption

Where utility coordination or an outage is required, it should be planned alongside installation, testing and applicable inspection arrangements.

Choose with future needs in mind

Tell us about planned renovations, charging or additional equipment. Understanding those plans early helps avoid an upgrade that solves only today’s problem.

USEFUL ANSWERS

A little more clarity.

Does an EV automatically require a 200 A service?

No. The decision depends on an assessment, the proposed charging arrangement and any suitable load-management options.

Can an unused breaker space prove I have capacity?

No. Physical space and electrical capacity are different questions. Both need to be reviewed.
